There are so many reasons why I am so glad that I chose
Defiance College, as the school that I wanted to attend to
continue my education. One of these reasons is that I have made many
friends, who I have gained new relationships with. Second, I have had the
chance to experience new activities and events that have helped me to grow as a
person. Third, the staff at the college are willing to really get to know the
students who are on the campus, which is something I really like. So these are
the reasons why I am so glad that I chose to attend Defiance College.
The friends that I have made at Defiance, are ones that I
hope to be friends with for a very long time. These individuals are
always there for me when ever I need them. They are always there to help make
me smile, and I am so glad that I have them in my life.
During my first year of college I have attended many fun
events and activities, that have helped me to grow as a person. At the
beginning of the year I was a very shy person, who was not really talkative
with the students on campus, or the one that did not really participate in
events. But as my first year has gone on, I have become more social with people
on campus by having conversations with them. I have also
participated in many social events such as open mic nights, and attending
school dances that we have had on campus.
The staff at Defiance College, are so nice to all the
students on campus. They really do take the time to know each student's name.
Everyday when I am around campus, they always say hi to me. This makes me so happy,
to attend a school that has allowed me to know the staff really well. I am so glad
that I chose to come to Defiance.
